RLC Creator Network

Terms of Service

Accounts, membership and participation in the RLC Creator Network.

Last updated November 2, 2026

1. About the service

The RLC Creator Network is operated by Rick Lagnese Communications (RLC). These terms describe use of Network accounts, applications and member features. Individual campaigns and third-party platforms may have additional terms.

Questions about the Network or these terms can be sent to rick@ricklags.com.

2. Accounts and connections

Provide accurate account and application information, keep it up to date, and protect your sign-in details. Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent your audience or use another person's account without authorization.

Connect only channels and platform accounts you are authorized to access. A verified connection confirms API-authorized access to the returned account or channel, not exclusive legal ownership, a platform endorsement or membership approval. Google sign-in and a YouTube channel connection are separate actions.

You can disconnect a platform in your profile. Disconnecting from RLC is separate from withdrawing permission in the platform's own settings. The Privacy Policy explains these controls.

By using YouTube-connected features in the Network, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

3. Independent membership review

Creating an account or receiving an application confirmation does not approve membership. Creator Advocate and Indie Game Advocates (IGA) memberships are reviewed independently. Approval for one does not automatically approve the other.

Creator applications require a genuinely connected eligible platform. The separate IGA application uses submitted profile and social information and does not require a platform connection. Pending applicants do not gain access to private member games or keys.

4. Keys and opportunities

Membership does not guarantee a game key, early access, an interview, an opportunity, a prize or any particular outcome. Availability depends on the relevant campaign, membership, eligibility, region, inventory and RLC review. A request is not an allocation or delivery promise.

Follow the specific instructions supplied for each key or opportunity, including any stated restrictions on use, transfer or resale. Do not bypass access controls, make duplicate or misleading requests, or obtain keys through another person's account. Campaign-specific restrictions apply when they are provided; this page does not add game-license conditions that have not been specified.

5. Campaign and competition rules

Review the applicable rules before participating. Campaigns may specify an embargo, permitted asset use, access conditions or content requirements. If an instruction is unclear, contact RLC before using restricted material.

Competitions have their own rules and eligibility requirements. Where the Network requests video proof, entries and leaderboard results are reviewed by an administrator. Submission does not automatically select a winner or establish entitlement to a prize.

6. Content and editorial independence

You retain ownership of the content you create. Submitting a coverage or competition link lets RLC access and review that material for the relevant Network activity; these terms do not grant RLC a broad license to reuse, sell or publish your content. Any additional use requires a separate agreement or permission.

A key or opportunity does not require a positive review. Keep your editorial judgment independent and make appropriate disclosures about supplied access or any separately agreed commercial relationship. Do not present membership as an endorsement of your content by RLC, a developer or a platform.

Game footage, press-kit assets and other third-party materials remain subject to their owners' rights and the instructions accompanying those materials.

7. Appropriate use

Use the Network respectfully and lawfully. Do not harass other participants, submit unlawful or infringing material, attempt to access another person's private information or keys, interfere with the service, or defeat security and eligibility checks.

Submit only content and links you are entitled to share. RLC can review applications, key requests, coverage, competition entries and support messages as part of operating the Network.

8. Access changes and contact

RLC may restrict or suspend Network access where account information is inaccurate, eligibility changes, campaign rules are breached, misuse occurs or a security issue needs investigation. Campaigns and features may change or become unavailable. Contact RLC if you believe an access decision is mistaken.

To stop participating, request an account review or ask about these terms, email rick@ricklags.com. These terms may be updated as the service changes; the date above identifies this version.
